Returns

We will be happy to accept for refund (cancellation) or exchange order, when your order is in the un-shipping state. Once shipped, we will not accept the exchange or cancel the order. Thank you for understanding.

We accept returns within 3 days after the package you received.

These are a few stipulations (must make about some aspects of the return):

= Products must be in the condition you received them. And your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging.

=You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

= Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Contains free shipping orders, will also deduct standard shipping)

= Personalized or customized products cannot be returned. (Such as custom wax seal stamp etc.)

But being a small business we are unable to provide return shipping label.

 

Refund

Once your return is received and checked, we will send an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

If there is a problem of your order, the product is missing or sent incorrectly. Please contact us immediately and provide pictures. We will get back to you with a solution within 12 hours.

 

Disclaimer

= Shipments with " Delivered" Scan from carriers do not qualify for a loss claim and will not be covered by the insurance protection if purchased. Only if the product is lost or damaged is covered under the insured shipping option.( insurance available at checkout).

= We are not responsible if any product does not get to you by the day that you need it. If a shipment is returned to us (due to undelivered, you moved, wrong shipping address provided...), Reshipping fees will be applies.
