⨳ HOW TO USE?
Materials: Wax Stamp, Sealing Wax, Wax Spoon, Wax Stove, Mini Candle
1.Insert Sealing Wax Beads into Wax spoon, and allow 1-2 minutes to melt.
2.Dispense a circle of sealing wax on your surface.
3.Press Wax Stamp into sealing wax and allow 5-10 seconds to cool.
4.Gently peel Wax Stamp from sealing wax, if sticking occurs give more time to cool.
Plus: Recommend chilling your stamp on an ice pack between sealing.
⨳ The first image shows the wax seal sticker from the copper stamp head. What you will get is a copper head. Note that the copper stamp head and wax prints are reversed.

The final delivery will be given to the local post office. If you have not received a package, please contact the local post office in the first time and tell them your tracking number.

Returns
Returns
We will be happy to accept for refund (cancellation) or exchange order, when your order is in the un-shipping state. Once shipped, we will not accept the exchange or cancel the order. Thank you for understanding.
We accept returns within 3 days after the package you received.
These are a few stipulations (must make about some aspects of the return):
= Products must be in the condition you received them. And your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging.
=You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
= Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Contains free shipping orders, will also deduct standard shipping)
= Personalized or customized products cannot be returned. (Such as custom wax seal stamp etc.)
But being a small business we are unable to provide return shipping label.
Refund
Once your return is received and checked, we will send an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If there is a problem of your order, the product is missing or sent incorrectly. Please contact us immediately and provide pictures. We will get back to you with a solution within 12 hours.
